SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER GLOBAL M2M

As a Senior Account Manager we offer you the chance to join an international team passionate about the new possibilities and rapid development in the M2M area.
TeliaSonera Global M2M unit has the responsibility, on a global level, for driving the development, marketing, partnership management, product/offering management and sales of our M2M products and services across the company’s large mobile customer base in the Nordic and Baltic countries. We are now looking to strengthen the Sales team with a Senior Account Manager responsible for the Norwegian market.
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for the sales of our M2M product and services in your dedicated country.

This responsibility mainly includes:
• Creating a demand for M2M in your market
• Proactively respond to customers and partners in your market
• Lead, drive and support TeliaSoneras B2B organizations
• Ensure continued high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Initiate, implement and coordinate partner activities in the region.
• Market and position TeliaSonera in the M2M area in the region, according to decided strategies
•Sales planning and execution

You have excellent and proven experience in building new business and working with partnerships. You have a great ability to establish and sustain fruitful customer as well as internal relationships. As a person you are a driven, proactive team player that is not afraid of challenge. You strive for results and always delivering a superior customer experience. You have great social competencies and are good at communication, facilitation and leadership skills since you have to manage and develop a partnership at a management level with companies in the region.

Qualifications:
A university degree in economics, business administration or equivalent. You have extensive experience (4-6 years) from working with sales in the B2B market and working with partners. You have international work experience. Our corporate language is English and you are expected to communicate well in English on a daily basis. We also expect you to communicate well in Norwegian.
