Assistant Ordering Manager

Assist in managing the ordering cycle properly , participate & ensure the implementing of process & procedures for orders inquires such as accuracy of costing , invoicing , and application of inter operation system to improve the function.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Assist ordering Manager in review inventory, sales & stock records for vehicles ordering as business inquires.
• Cost the vehicles of ordering considering other related expenses such as shipment cots to come up with final price list.
• Review Inventory stock and prepare request to re-order when inventory needs to a specified level.
• Ensure of proper entering the Ordering data in Automated system , and justify errors in immediate action .
• Monitor accountant’s performance during vehicles invoicing, ensure of processing all figures properly, participate, coach & give feedback when needed.
• Reconcile documents of down payment, letter of credit, internal accounts etc.
• Coordinate with other departments (IT for system related errors, Credit for queries related to invoices, Finance for report entries.)
• Prepare all required reports related to management or business.
• Maintain accurate client site billing & location details, and contact/user records on internal systems.
• Monitor & cleanse sales order admin database regularly.

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor Degree Of Commerce

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
o Proper Ordering Data base.
o Vehicles costing (accuracy).
o Analytical Thinking
o Accomplish vehicles invoicing (Timely /accurately).
