Responsible for the smooth running of a shift and lead a team of Front Office
Provides cover in all areas of the Front Office Department as and when required
Is fully conversant with all Front Office departmental policies and procedures
Helps prepare, implement and report on departmental goals and training plan
Ensures the Hotel Credit Policy is adhered to by the Front Office Department
Makes sure that Front office staff delivers quality guest services within department and corporate standards and guidelines
Reports directly to the Front Office Manager
Personal Requirements:
Minimum of one year previous supervisory experience in a 4 or 5 stars property in a similar position
Knowledge of Opera is essential
Demonstrates advanced organisational and managerial skills
Provides leadership and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction
Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
Arabic speaking with good English both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills are essential
Focus on exceeding customer expectations
