Service Engineer job in UK
We are urgently looking for a Service Engineer for our leading client in the generator hire industry. This is a permanent position covering the East Midlands, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire area with a salary circa £20000 - £24000. A bonus and overtime will be available and a company vehicle is provided.
Role and Responsibilities:
Field based, travelling to customers sites to service equipment
Carry out any repairs as necessary
Assist customers with queries regarding equipment
Required to work occasionally in the depot to accommodate demand for hire equipment
The successful candidate for the Service Engineer role will:
Have experience in a similar role, fault finding and servicing of diesel engines, generators and other power generation equipment
Possess excellent customer service skills
