Job description:

I am looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a residential development in West London.

You will be overseeing all internal works on two blocks consisting over 90 units. You will have Site Managers reporting to you

To be considered for this freelance Site Manager position:

You must have a proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on large residential developments.
You will be responsible for delivering a tight programme under pressure and within budget.
Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
Remuneration: £270 - 280 per dayDuration: Ongoing freelance Location: West London
