Project Engineers

The client is one of the largest oil & gas companies in the World and has been a part of the Norwegian operations since the early days. For this client we are searching for 2 Project Engineers

Competencies and Skills:

Demonstrates good EHS behaviours.
Prepares and effectively delivers presentations to co-workers and management
Develops work plans and establishes targets for project team members
Prior experience working on several project teams (either as a discipline engineer or project engineer). Experience of managing Facilities Engineering and / or Front would be a plus.

Ability to produce key Project Management documents (Basis of Design, Project Execution Plans, Project Schedules, Cost Estimates, Risk Registers)
Understanding of the Project Life Cycle. (concept selection, FEED, detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and start-up). Has worked in several project teams in one or more stages
Understanding of fundamental Project Controls principles of Cost and Schedule Management, Risk Management. Ability to produce cost estimates, schedules, and cost reports.
Understanding of producing operations (surveillance, maintenance & reliability). Preferably 2-3 years of direct operations experience.

Qualifications:
Degree qualified (BSc Engineering or Equivalent)
Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience
Demonstrates interpersonal skills to lead a team and manage interfaces with stakeholders
Ability to mentor – Coach/mentor team members
