Product Developer

Product Developer to our new Operational Development department at Scandic Head office

We are looking for

Result oriented and business driven Product Developer to our new Operational Development department with location at Scandic Head office in Stockholm

In your role as a Product developer you will drive and manage development projects during the implementation phase and securing a successful delivery to our hotel operations,

including:

• Development of products & concepts in a standardized and conceptualized approach
• Evaluate impact on operational processes and procedures to securing efficient handling
• Interact with stake holders to ensure that the products are sellable, producible and measurable including Sourcing, Pricing, Technical services & CSR among others
• Ensure proper hand over of to Operations and securing knowledge transfer through documentation and training
• Establishing quality assurance measurements and tools

You are the ideal candidate for the job because you

• Have in-depth and solid understanding of hotel operations
• Have at least 2 years in a senior management position at a hotel
• Have documented Project management skills
• Have a proficiency in English both written and oral
• Have previous experience from product/process development
• Have strong Microsoft office and communication skills
• Are analytical and solution orientated with a healthy drive to succeed and walk the extra mile
• Are confident and flexible team player that like to share knowledge and a common goal
