Aker Care is the new and comprehensive employee health service of Aker Solutions. It is a major step- up in our endeavour to promote a healthy work-life balance, prevent injuries and illnesses, but also examine and treat health problems that concerns our employees. Aker Solutions will organise this activity in three service areas; Health Promotion, Occupational Health and Personal Health, in partnership with AktiMed Norge AS, who will operate the occupational and personal health services. We are determined to offer our employees the best health care system in the industry.
During 2014, Aker Care services will be introduced at most of our work sites in Norway through five regional health centres in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Kristiansand as well as some satellite offices. To achieve full scale operation on all of these locations we need to recruit health care personnel of various categories. Personnel working within occupational health and personal health units will be employed by AktiMed Norge while those working with health promotion will be employed by Aker Solutions.
Responsibilities and tasks:
You will report to centre manager and will be working with health and environment related matters, including:
Health promotions and health preventive tasks.
HSE
Professional support to Aker Solutions organisation and staff, onshore and offshore.
Physical and psychosocial environment workplace assessments, in offices, workshops and offshore.
Assist managers in sick leave follow up. Participate in dialog meetings with manager and NAV.
Perform functional assessments with the manager and the employee.
Participate in IA, AMU and AKAN meetings.
Guidance and teaching in health and working environmental related subjects.
Customer follow up.
Lab work.
Targeted health surveillance and medical examinations of employees in cooperation with responsible company doctor.
Qualifications & personal attributes:
Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
Service minded, effective, practical and have good communication skills.
Generally good computer skills and the ability and desire to adopt new technology.
Have demonstrated good interpersonal skills from previous jobs and have experience from working interdisciplinary.
Norwegian authorization as nurse.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing.
Have a driving license and have your own car.
Be able to pass an offshore health certificate test.
Preferably you have completed the " grunnkurs i bedrifthelsetjeneste STAMI ".
