Architect Coach – IT Transformation

We are looking for architect coaches to join us in shaping DNB’s future!

The game of banking is changing, and DNB is actively taking part in defining the future of financial services and becoming a leading technology company with banking license.

We are here to support DNB transformation through means such as coaching, communities of practices, knowledge management and constant improvement of architectural processes that will enable DNB create even more value for customer.

Your responsibilities:

You will be joining a dedicated team of experienced architects who are passionate about architecture, technology and coaching. As an architect coach you will be driving architect community of practice, work closely and guide other architects in their daily architecture work. Also, you will be an advisor for newly graduated talents in our own Architect Greenhouse program. You will contribute to DNB's technology transformation and create a continuous improvement and learning culture.

You have years of experience with architecture
You can demonstrate your skill-set by prior work or through a portfolio
