Job Description:
The Account Director's key responsibilities are
* To support the strategic and creative leaders on client business
* The lead 'go to' person for client and agency for all things delivery
* To ensure the best quality, speed and financial efficiency of output for our clients
* To design and drive the right process
* To create the right conditions and morale for teamwork
* To be accountable for the relationships with external partners - client and partner agencies (black book)
* To be accountable for casting of the right teams to deliver (permanent & mobile resource and external partners as appropriate)
* To engage support services as appropriate
* To own the commercial performance, and status on the account.

The Successful Applicant:
The successful Account Director will have an overall understanding of agency process, good commercial experience, sound production knowledge, solid financial management. This is a great opportunity for experienced SAMs, ADS and Project Managers who have a proven record at making things happen.

What's on Offer:
The Account Director opportunity is initially a 3-6 month contract paying £45,000 - £50,000 pro rata depending on suitability
