Relationship Manager - Financial Services

Our client is a fast-growing SME providing finance solutions to other small businesses looking to raise funds. Our client is seeking a Relationship Manager to be a key player in the on-going development of the organisation.

Job description:

The Relationship Manager will be tasked with managing the client on boarding process and continuous development of existing accounts from the Gloucester Head Office.

The Relationship Manager will seek to understand the client's organisation, growth plans and challenges to identify the client's needs, and take them through online presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of the finance solution. The Relationship Manager will ensure the on boarding of these clients and act as a first port of all for relationships moving forward. The successful candidate will use their stakeholder management skills to have productive conversations with MDs, FDs and Senior-level decision makers.

The successful candidate will work closely with field-based Relationships Managers, the CEO, and Risk Director, to ensure effective on going relationship management, pipeline development and risk management with both new and existing clients.

This is an office-based role in Gloucester.

The Successful Applicant:
The Relationship Manager will:

Have a proven sales and account management background

Have a Financial Services sales background

Have Senior Stakeholder Management experience

Have proven, excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Have excellent organisation skills

Be able to travel to the Gloucester Head Office
