Job description:
- Competent idividual able to perform on own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Competent with interpreting contract conditions and ensure notices and periodic payments
- Produce tender documentation and pricing schedules
- Prepare certificates for payments
- Continually evaluate and measures periodic
- Prepare forecasts
- Carry out cost analyses of tenders
- Understanding of rail industry
