A challenging position as Sales Manager Healthcare is now available in the Labflex office in Oslo. You will work together with your colleagues from the Pharma segment.

The Challenging position:
The position as Sales Manager in Norway is a new position and the manager will take a very important role by being responsible for the success of the commercial targets; turnover, margin and positioning of Labflex in Norway.

You will have a key role in the continuous development of the market share where you must promote a proactive mind-set and deliver innovative sales solutions to the customer. You will have numerous daily interactions with both internal and external business partners and we expect you to be visible in the market with a high level of activity. You must enjoy travelling and will report to Head of Sales Healthcare.

Your key responsibilities are:

● To be sales responsible for the success of the commercial targets for the Norway turnover with focus on the south region

● Positioning Labflex as the leader of the market

● High visibility on relevant market activity and originate opportunities by way of work proactively in the market, generate leads, visit customers

● Initiate and drive close relationships with customers, architects and contractors by establishing a robust network in the region

● To analyze and monitories public and private tenders in the segment campaigns

● In cooperation with Labflex Sales & Marketing Department planning of exhibitions and relevant marketing activities

● Negotiate and close contractual arrangements with customers, securing the required internal approvals

● To ensure the accomplishment of Labflex corporate and legal policies and requirements, with the objective of market growth

Your Talent:
As a person, you have a sales drive where you are able to think strategic and act on an operational level. As a person you are creative and a strong relation builder. You will function as an important link between Labflex in Denmark and the development in the Norwegian market and you are able to find your way, new solutions and build the market.

You have important focus on the market and the possibilities and you are already successful within solution selling. It is an advantage if you have experience within the segment and important know how about tender business, contractors or equivalent.

The preferred candidate will possess the following profile:

● You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent

● 3+ years of professional experience in sales business development

● Strong focus on customer satisfaction and development

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate results concisely

● Solid knowledge and experience in managing robust external relationsship

● Valid clean drivers license and passport

● You must be able to work effectively in an exciting high-speed, dynamic environment

● Excellent written and verbal skills and excellent communication skills
