Job Description:
As part of the senior management team the Head of Sales will lead the trade and reseller channels, which during the past 12 months have grown by 23% year on year.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering a strategy that will continue their strong growth across all business channels.
You will manage, develop and grow an experienced multi-discipline team of people.
You will liaise with manufacturing, operations and other internal stakeholders in order to continue to develop the best product range and service for your clients.
One of the main aspects of the position is to understand how to help and encourage Harvey Water Softeners' resellers through improved lead generation, marketing and sales support activities for these businesses.
You will also be responsible for managing a number of key accounts that require the highest levels of service from Harvey Water Softeners.
The organisation has excellent growth potential hence this position offering a key element of the organisation's overall business strategy in growing its UK business. You will drive sales growth by being a champion of the business, setting the highest standards and being innovative and adaptable in your approach to client's needs.

The Successful Applicant:
Ideally have a background in understanding multiple sales channels
Have a successful sales track record in managing a multi-disciplined team.
Be successful in building and developing existing relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities.
Have excellent numerical and analytical skills, a strong commercial understanding and be used to building business cases that demonstrate a clear ROI.
Be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills.
(You must be commutable to Harvey Water Softeners Head office in Old Woking.)
