Job description:

An excellent Senior Director - Account Management opportunity has arisen within HAVI Packaging Technology Integrated Solutions to lead the relationship of McDonald's as a key strategic partner across Europe.

The Director - Account Management will be responsible for:
* The business unit focussing on Packaging Product and Managed Services across Europe.

* Management of a diverse and specialised team incorporating account management, promotions, print and graphics.

* Building strategies for growth and execute through appropriate team structure, process and technology.

* Leading the development and execution of the account plan at a European and market level.

* Manage and develop the account management of the direct-report team who are based in region throughout Europe.

* Identify optimal organisational design.

* Ensure effective internal and external communication and alignment with the European and Global Senior Management level.

The Successful Applicant:
Proven work experience within commercially focussed leadership roles ideally with Packaging experience within the Food Service, FMCG or Quick Service Restaurant industry OR experience of working with key strategic partner would be preferred but not essential. * Experienced with Top-Level client relationship building and relationship management.

* Must possess a strong "executive" presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope.

* Entrepreneurial with a fresh thinking, innovative style that will enthuse and motivate both client and colleagues.

* Excellent business and industry acumen with a hands-on mentality

* Proven leadership team and collaboration skills to lead, manage and motivate a team of none-direct and direct reports.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within an international and multicultural working environment.

* Strong strategic capabilities with strong problem solving abilities and "intellectual aggressiveness". * Experienced in managing a P&L with strong financial acumen.

* Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe.

* University degree in appropriate field, Master's degree preferred
