HR Analyst

Required by a division of a global oil company. The Analysts will report in to the HR & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (who in turn reports in to the HR DIRECTOR) and will work within the HR Operations team.

Duration:

required on a medium to long term basis (anticipated for a minimum of 12 months) and as soon as possible ideally able to start during first week of December.

Ideally, candidates will have Oil & Gas sector experience. It is essential they offer experience for a large, international organisation with an expatriate population.

This company has a large international employee population and consequently the HR Analysts are required to support the HR Operations team in managing the benefits provided to this international population. For example, managing the provision of Accommodation, Schooling, professional subscriptions, Flights back to home country etc.

It is essential that prospective candidates are professional and confident in dealing with the employee population as they will be the focal point for daily enquiries and support.

It is also essential that these individuals have experience of providing advice and support in relation to the benefits policy they will need to understand the benefits policy and be able to apply it to the support they provide on a day-to-day basis.
