Internal Control Supervisor, Group Internal Control

Group Internal Control within Group Finance is leading the effort to ensure adequate internal control within the Tele2 group. We are responsible for setting out policies in key business areas, assessing business risks and performing internal audits in 11 countries. We are constantly partnering with the business management to implement control solutions and participating in change projects. Group Internal Control is now looking for an outstanding candidate to join the team as Internal Control Supervisor, reporting to the Director – Internal Control and Revenue Assurance, to strengthen our organisation.

Your responsibilities:

As Internal Control Supervisor, you will assist in oversight of the Tele2 group of companies’ risk and control environment. This includes business risk identification, financial analysis, audit planning and oversight, follow-up of implementation of agreed actions and reporting of status and results to Group management. You will assist in developing the annual internal audit plan. As Tele2 to a large extent uses external firms to carry out specific audits you will be required to manage such resources ensuring adherence to the Tele2 Internal Audit process and manual, and monitoring the time and cost of such resources. You will also be responsible for improving audit methodology and internal processes. In addition, you will be assisting in managing the Group’s strategic risk management process. The position requires some travelling.

Preferred Professional Profile:
- You have accountancy qualifications or background
- You have worked with audit or risk management
- You have knowledge and experience with telecom industry
- You have worked with a financial reporting or financial ERP system
- You have excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
- You are fluent in Swedish and English verbally and in writing
