Hotel Construction Manager - Central London

Construction Manager required to oversee £15m fit-out of Central London Hotel.
Must have experience as number 1 on a Hotel project, ideally in Central London.

About Our Client:

Our client are an overseas property developer with interests primarily in the APAC region and more recently, in the UK. Their speciality is in the development of hotels and hospitality venues.

Job Description:
As Construction Manager, you will act as number 1 on site as client representative managing this c£15m fit-out of a Central London hotel.

Due to commence Construction in early 2016, you will be employed on a contract basis and will be responsible for overseeing the on-time, in-budget delivery of this project - the company's first venture in the UK.

Moving forward, there are several other developments in the pipeline which following the successful of this Hotel project, would offer scope for career potential moving forward within the business.

The Successful Applicant:
In order to be considered for this role, you must:

Demonstrate a strong track record as number 1 on a Hotels project, ideally with experience in managing the performance of several contractors.
Show experience in delivering large scale fit-out projects to a high standard with strict deadlines.
Have an appreciation (if not an understanding) of the complexity of delivering construction projects within Central London.
Live (or have the ability to relocate) to within a commutable distance of Central London.

What's on Offer:
Up to £85,000 on either an interim or contract basis - dependent on preference.
