Our client is a leading international drilling and engineering company working onshore and offshore with a focus on safety, quality and operational performance. They are responsible for several managed offshore platforms and employ over 8,000 personnel worldwide.
They are currently recruiting for the position of Head of Project Excellence
Responsibilities will include:
Sharing best practise in project management between offices and providing support to project management teams as required.
Setting, maintaining and monitoring compliance with corporate standards and procedures for project management, reporting and control.
Maintaining and updating the corporate suite of project management tools (Minerva Suite)
Define training and development programmes for project management and controls personnel and work with business units to develop company capability.
Sign off competence of Project Managers, Project Services Managers and Project Control Managers as defined within the competence procedure
This is a Permanent position which can be based in either Aberdeen or London:
