General Manager Hyatt Regency Valencia

As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel’s financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.

This is an EXCELLENT opportunity for an experienced General Manager who is Community oriented, (able to represent the hotel well), with a strong focus and track record of success in Sales, Revenue Management, and RevPar Index growth, (using a variety of revenue strategies including but not limited to: building Business Transient Sales business as well as creating attractive packages with local are attractions to drive up rate and occupancy).

This 244 room hotel has great meeting space to room ration with an extremely talented culinary team which should allow this GM to drive solid catering revenue.

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned, hands-on General Manager, preferably with a college degree and from the local California area who repeatedly delivers a high degree of Guest Service Success / Satisfaction by driving quality that creates value and builds loyalty. Someone with an all inclusive management style to train and develop managers and executive committee members while handling operations directly.
