Thon Stanhope Front Office Team

As receptionnist day and night you will be in charge of the good fonctionning of a guest stay from the moment of arrival until the moment departure. You will be responsible for the check-in, check-out, reception and dispatching of phonecalls, reservations during absence of reservation staff, cashier, commissions and invoices. You are able to assure an effectively complaint handling and maintain good communications with the other departments.

Skills required

*Person with Hotel school or apprenticeship qualifications
*Dynamic, motivated and service minded person
*Friendly personnality and high standard of customers approach
*Pratical working experience of 1 year in Front Office Area (reception, cashiering, night reception)
*Fluent in written and verbal English and French (Dutch or any other language is a must)
*Opera, Excel and word Experience
*Good organisation and communication skills
*Can handle more than one task/situation at a time and keep control in stressful situations
*Analyses relevant information about a problem and makes conscious decisions for action
