Elkem's 2 year trainee programme is suitable for master graduates, and emphasises on personal and professional development through challenging work assignments and projects, personal mentor and individual development plan. We are looking for graduate candidates, who want a career in the processing industry. For skilled and motivated candidates, the programme will form a good basis for further development opportunities in the company.

The main work assignments could be:

Operation-related issues
Research-oriented projects
Improvement activities associated with our processes
The work assignments will vary according to the needs of the receiving unit

Qualifications required for the position:
Master of Science with great academic results -
Materials technology, production & product development, energy & environment, cybernetics, nanotechnology, physics and chemical engineering
Excellent cooperation skills
Initiator and accountable
Flexible when it comes to tasks and mobility
