Accountant - Fixed Asset Thailand

Responsibility;
- Handling on Fixed asset system
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system and appropriate with the category and account from Engineering.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory cycle counts of fixed assets and Inventory.
- Assign identification number to fixed assets.
- Track company expenditure for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
- Reconcile fixed assets module with related fixed assets general ledger, and coordinates any variances
with relevant fixed assets accounting.
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
- Support Accounting Manager and product analyst to forecast depreciation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experienced in manufacturing fixed asset accounting at least 3 years.
- Good command in English, Microsoft excel, JDE experience is a plus.
