Pulse International is looking for a Director of Nurse Education for the 531 bed King Abdulaziz Hospital in Jeddah, in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Job description:
JCIA accredited, the hospital is one of a group of four hospitals located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which together make up one of the largest and most prestigious medical facilities in the Middle East. Within the group there are excellent opportunities for career development.
The successful candidate for this post will be a Registered Nurse holding a Master’s degree in Nurse Education and with at least two years experience in a similar role.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Staff management, to include recruitment, education & development
- Planning and managing the departmental budget
- Participation in committees and work groups
- Development and implementation of strategic plans for Nurse Education
