Employee will be in charge of Thon Hotels’ Brussels Hotels. Thon Hotels Brussels portfolio are including airport and city centre location with hotels and apartments ranging from quality rooms & conference facilities, to high elegance & luxury properties.
Maximize overall hotels revenue through development and implementation of effective transient/group inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts.
Implement selling strategies and inventory restrictions in all channels that capture the optimal revenue producing business for all hotels.
Lead the development, implementation and measurement of all Revenue Management related activities. Ensure property execution of outstanding customer service, reservation sales process effectiveness, adherence to policies and development of strategies that optimize revenue captured from existing demand.
Identifies future revenue opportunities and effectively communicates strategies to the sales organization.
Responsible for the analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with hotels rooms and space inventory in a given cluster. Position prepares forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections and analyzes the progress of each. Develops and/or uses analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit. Position critiques sales strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly and “ad hoc” meeting on behalf of the Revenue Management department.
Using the Demand Tracking Analysis information, create accurate future unconstrained demand forecasts and capacity forecasts. When demand is projected to exceed capacity, implement appropriate inventory restrictions to capture optimal revenue customers (based on arrival date, average rate and length of stay).

High School or equivalent education highly recommended. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Fluent English and preferred good French knowledge
Experience and skills requirements:
Three years hotel supervisory or management experience required and/or minimum of two years of Revenue Management or related discipline experience required.
Demonstrated ability to manipulate large amounts of data and translate into meaningful analysis through the use of Excel or Access and/or other spreadsheet and database query tools.
Knowledge of financial analysis, quantitative analysis and statistical tools highly desirable.
Experience evaluating business trends and successfully assisting with the implementation of new business programs and strategies that enhance multi-unit business performance.
