We look for some specific profiles to meet our organization’s future need;

Qualifications:
Good language skills in Estonian
Graduate within Sales / Administration / Market (or similar)

For all of the above you should be interested in a future as a leader within the Bufab group. What you need is the theoretical base and a burning interest to grow and develop. You are driven, social and responsible with good language skills. You are also flexible for shifting work places, due to our different companies around the world. The Bufab group language is English, which you should speak and write fluently. We value if you have more language knowledge as we continue to grow.

What is the content of the trainee program?
The trainee program will go on for one semester. The program contains an introduction, with shorter and longer practice within our different departments and business areas. The program gives you possibility to work with projects and it will also make it easier for you to build up a network with contacts within and outside the company for future employment. The practical elements will together with theory give you a unique education and work experience. You would be placed at our head office in Värnamo.
