Architectural Technician

A medium-sized practice are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their team working on a variety of Education, Residential and Retail projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across Technical stages 2-5/6 and be able to effectively coordinate the project schedule set by Senior member of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to move into a role with more responsibility.

In this role, you will:

Work alongside Senior Architectural Technicians and Senior Architects developing projects from stage 2
Prepare detailed drawing packages
Collaborate on large Residential, Retail and Education schemes
Liaise directly with clients
Work with Revit and BIM Level 2 software

RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
The following requirements are essential to this position:

A minimum of 2 years UK work experience
Part 2 qualified
A thorough understanding of UK building regulations
Relevant software knowledge with a thorough understanding of Revit
Proficient experience preparing drawing packages from RIBA stages 2-5/6
Samples of the above

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
The following experience is non-essential but will be advantageous to the role:
