Architectural Technician

Warwick, UK - Up to £35,000 plus benefitsWe are currently looking to source a chartered architectural technologist to join an established regional consultancy with offices situated in Wariwckshire. Their reputable team require an experienced architectural technologist to contribute to the divisional delivery of their business case and overall company objectives.

Job description:

You will be working within the education, public and commercial sectors dealing with contract administration and detailed design plans. The main duties will include working within the lead design team on construction projects ranging from £40,000 to £2million, preparing detailed 3D sketches/models to support feasibility reports and rights of light analysis. You will be liaising with the client and contractor throughout the whole life-cycle of the project and involved in all site meetings and sub-consultant appointments.

Previous experience of Revit and 3D modelling is desired however, not essential. Experience of building refurbishments and building construction would be advantageous.
