Architectural Technician

We are working on behalf of an AJ100 practice who are looking for a number of talented Technicians/Technologists with large project experience to join their Technical team.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years working as an a Technician in the UK with a strong knowledge across Technical Design stages. It is also advantageous to have experience working in large established London studios with proficient knowledge of residential, commercial and sports projects.

Job description:

Collaborate on award winning residential projects in London and the Home Counties
Develop Technical drawings with Senior Architects within a team of technicians
Work across RIBA work stages 3-6

The following requirements are essential to this position:
At least 3 years UK experience collaborating on high-rise projects
Working experience on £50 million residential/commercial schemes
A Design/Architecture/Architecture Technology degree or equivalent
Relevant software knowledge with a thorough understanding of AutoCAD
Proficient experience preparing detailed drawing packages
Very strong experience working on the delivery stages of a project
Samples of works that communicates your experience of the above

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
The following experience is non-essential but will be advantageous to the role:

Project experience working with Revit
MCIAT or CIAT qualified
This is an ideal role for an Architectural Technician wanting further responsibility working in a globally recognised practice.
