The Home Comfort Analyst will provide support into the product planning, portfolio management and follow-up key initiatives and KPI’s within PL Home Comfort. This includes support in various planning tools IPP, Budget etc. and ensure consistency and proper reporting structure across the different sectors and functions. The Analyst will further support in key growth initiatives for the PL.

Support in the Strategic Planning Process. Drive analysis work and interact with our sector PL teams.
Enhance and own the IPP tracker, ensure the the IPP tracker is properly updated.
Develop and ensure linkage between the IPP, Sourcing tracker, PMO Tracker and functional budgetary work.
Support and develop the Main Model Manager tool across Home Comfort
Track performance of the key initiatives within PL Home Comfort and follow-up with defined metrics.
Work closely with the Product Planning and Sectors to support the development of Product Sub-category & product platform strategy.
Provide support and training to the sectors on work tools and processes.
Develop strong working relationship with counterparts within Sourcing, R&D, PMO, Design & Sectors.
