Administrative coordinator to the IT-department Engineering at Klarna

We are now looking for an experienced and service minded person who enjoys providing excellent admin support to our IT-department. The department consists of 200 people with 34 nationalities.

You have a few years’ experience of similar roles such as Executive Assistant or PA. As a person you are able to work in a proactive manner and independent. We also see that you have strong organizational skills and are able to carry out tasks in a structured and efficient way. At Klarna change is part of the daily work and so you need to be able to enjoy working at high pace. Since you will be working with many people, both internal and external, you are a person with high social skills.

You will be carrying out tasks such as;

¤ prepare and plan meetings, conferences and events

¤ various admin support to our managers

¤ travel arrangements

¤ Purchase responsible at Engineering

¤ arrange lunches, dinners etc.

Since we are working in an international environment it is important that you have excellent communication skills in English.

At Klarna we highly appreciate initiatives and drive. You are of course welcome to contribute with your experience and knowledge. You will be creating your role together with us. You will also work closely with the CIO assistant.

You will start as a consultant but if you are the right person we can offer a permanent position.
