Conveyancing Assistant - London Residential Developer £30,000 - £32,000 benefits
Conveyancing assistant required for a leading London developer.The suitable candidate must have experience of the conveyancing process either by working within a conveyancing legal department or as a sales or plot progressor for a housebuilder or estate agency. A residential conveyancing paralegal qualification would be an advantage. Further training will be provided on the job.

Responsibilities:
* Progression of all plots reserved with the sales team from reservation to exchange* Assisting our Customer Relations department with completion queries* Checking AML documents prior to FD sign off* Spreadsheet reporting * Attending weekly meetings to report on progression* Attending meetings and liaising with relevant teams to prepare the site legal documents* Liaising with our appointed solicitors on all matters
