We are now looking for a Global Web Content Specialist to join the global marketing communications team. The candidate will work in close collaboration with global marketing and content creation teams in the development and execution of the web content strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in global web content management, defining the information architecture, web usability, search engine optimization, development of best practices and processes.
The role will be responsible for setting up a well-defined KPI framework, continuously monitoring user behaviour and effect goals and driving content optimization to aid local markets in successfully using their local web channels in their marketing efforts.
This position will report to the Global Digital Operations Manager within the Global Marketing Communications department. The position is full-time and based in Gothenburg.
Develop best practices and processes for web content management; globally and locally
Develop and govern digital content standards & policies
Liaise with local markets to educate, support and ensure they implement processes, standards and adhere to policies to efficiently manage content life cycle.
Responsible for defining and maintaining the global information architecture.
Responsible for driving best practices and securing search engine optimization (SEO) for key content areas.
Collaborate closely with global marketing and content creation teams in the development and execution of the web content strategy
Plan and deploy user tests, surveys or A/B split testing techniques to continuously optimize content
Collaborate closely with digital team and IT to ensure technical set up of CMS platform supports content strategy and SEO efforts

Edit web content 25% when needed
Ensure language and brand guidelines are adhered to
Manage external vendors and agency partners as needed
Responsible for domain name strategy
University degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent
Min 5 years’ of practical cross functional experience within web in an international company
Experience from designing information architecture, creating domain, analytics and SEO strategies
Experience driving SEO projects in multi-channel environment
Good knowledge of Episerver, HTML, UX, UI
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience from life sciences industry is a plus
