Large corporates and international (LCI) has a staff of around 3000 employees in 18 different countries around the world. Making sure that everyone knows and understands our strategy is a challenging task. Would you like to help us develop our organisation and get a common message across? Would you like to help out with our communication with employees, customers, in social media, at conferences etc.? Would you like to help ensure that internal events are coordinated with same brand feeling as external events and be a contact person for our central branding and marketing expertise?

If you are able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, this is the perfect job for you!

Large Corporates and International (LCI) serves the bank’s largest corporate customers and is responsible for DNB’s international banking business. Our customers are mostly companies with annual sales of more than NOK 1 billion as well as municipalities/county authorities and public enterprises in Norway. LCI emphasises strong industry expertise and long-term relationship building when serving its customers.

The Strategy, Analysis and Compliance division in LCI is responsible for defining LCI’s strategic direction and goals, challenging LCI’s divisions, setting targets and following up results. We help LCI’s management tell the good, inspiring stories that produce the desired changes in our organisation.

You will be part of the Business Development section. You will work closely with the different industry specialists in LCI and communication and marketing experts in DNB. You will help with our main internal communication channel, our Sharepoint and intranet sites, as well as helping prepare the head of LCI’s presentations, film, blogs and interviews.

You work tasks will include:
Prepare speeches / presentations for the head of LCI
Help with articles and suggest blogs for the head of LCI
Prepare background material for the head of LCI in connection with customer meetings, internal and external gatherings
Follow up our internal communication plans, collaborate closely with the Internal Communication division
Coordinate with internal events and the different divisions within LCI
Coordinate branding and marketing with central expertise in DNB
Coordinate communication across 18 countries
Contribute to our social media sites
Some project work

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Outstanding communication skills in both oral and written Norwegian and English, with the ability to visualise the message
Very good business understanding, with good knowledge of banking/finance
Very good understanding of the political economy and the ability to see our business in a broader context
Good knowledge of Sharepoint and excellent PowerPoint skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience and project experience
Relevant higher education (master degree required) with good grades
