LNG S&O System Contractor

Our client is an international oil & gas company, with a North American headquarters in Houston and operations in more than 20 countries, across five continents, they have a global workforce of over 5000 people from more than 70 nationalities.


The LNG S&O System Contractor position will ensure accurate physical and financial position reporting between S&O, Risk and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks, and accountabilities:
Support the Enterprise team regarding Endur to ensure accurate daily scheduling, position, and PNL reporting.
Assist the Enterprise team as necessary for updating the Cargo Schedule, creating new Supply and Sale deals when necessary
Work with Contract Managers in all three offices on understanding and using the CMS system and assist with queries and troubleshooting
Create/Update CMS training documentation as required
Assist with testing of enhancements to the CMS system
Endur Upgrade Project
Assist with regression testing of v14
Assist with training Contract Managers on new version
Update documentation/processes for v14

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree ( or international equivalent) in related field required
Basic knowledge of cMotion module in Endur
Basic knowledge of BG’s use of Endur for LNG, particularly as it relates to deal modeling and scheduling
Basic knowledge of LNG
Strong communication skills
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel
Perform at a very high level with minimum supervision
Must possess the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Identify issues, evaluate alternatives and make recommendations
Self starter with a high level of enthusiasm, ability to motivate self and team.

Standard hours apply, however the jobholder is expected to be available after hours if needed
