Service Improvement Lead

NHS Service Improvement Lead - West Midlands - 6 Months - £450-550 per day

My NHS client based in the West Midlands is URGENTLY seeking a Service Improvement Lead to work on a number of efficiency-based workstreams on a minimum 6 month contract.

The hiring manager has informed me that the successful candidate WILL have:

- Experience of "hands-on" service improvement in either RTT, Urgent Care, SQN, Clinical Systems or Cancer Pathways in an Acute setting.

- Experience of engaging and working with clinicians to ensure they are onboard with the changes that take place.

- Experience of change/transformation management within the NHS.

*NHS Experience is ESSENTIAL for this role.
