As part of the Middle East, India and Africa (MEIA) team, the Regional Marketing team drives and supports the implementation of Jotun’s brand, products and retail marketing plans and activities in the markets we operate in. We are looking for a Regional Assistant Retail Manager who will contribute to developing retail in the region through programs and initiatives that lead to growth of sales in retail segment and development of the retail stakeholders. This position will be based in Dubai and will report to the Regional Category Development Manager.
Develop and roll out solutions that showcase Jotun products in retail shops that attract, engage and motivate customers to buy
Enhance painters and contractors’ loyalty by developing and implementing initiatives so they become loyal customers and recommend Jotun to their customers
Manage relations with furniture stores to get appropriate representation in their stores and drive footfall to our stores
Take initiatives to help fast, accurate and cost efficient implementation of retail programs, especially the new shop concept
Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business
Master degree is preferred
3-5 years' experience in Marketing
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
