Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position.
We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region.

As an Product Manager - Exterior, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through new launches, brand planning and execution of strategic marketing plans.
This position is based in the regional head office in Dubai and reporting to the Regional Category Manager. Some travelling in the MEIA region is to be expected.
Support the Category / Brand Manager in the Brand performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes.
Coordinate with local markets in portfolio positioning and pricing strategy for the Brand and drive implementation and assessment.
Share information and communicate effectively internally in the company, ensuring the right flow of information between departments and countries for all the regional decorative products.
Be responsible for some projects and tasks for the Exterior category.

You have between 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing
Hold a bachelor degree in Marketing or in similar field
You are fluent in English and Arabic
Individual tasks and responsibilities along with close mentoring and coaching from your managers
Substantial on-the-job learning in the organization
One assignment for a maximum period of 3 months in the MEIA region
