Megayacht and leisure yacht professional sales development in Netherlands, by frequent customers visits, TS support in order to ensure growth, profitability, customer satisfaction in line with the segment guidelines.
Support Sales and Technical customers in Netherlands as well as Jotun distributors regarding technical questions and inspections to avoid mistakes and ensure that quality and performance meet customers’ expectations. Provide professional technical advice to our customers by advising on best practice.
Ensure the projects that Jotun is supplying are carried out according to agreed specifications, contracts and precise reporting. Ensure feedback on product performance to local TSS.
Works independently on site, gives clear instructions to clients on paint application and relevant Jotun staff to ensure the coating specification is met, and the job is completed according to contract and customers’ satisfaction.
Keeps an accurate account of events and conditions during the painting operation and compile a concise written and photographic report in order to satisfy the customer and prevent claims.
Carries out on-site stock control during the application of Jotun products to ensure the correct products are supplied and sufficient material is available at all times.
Ensures that the coating specification is adhered to in order to achieve the maximum return for the customer’s investment and reduce the possibility of failure due to poor workmanship.
Handles customer complaints to ensure successful resolution: customer satisfaction while minimising the cost for Jotun.
To Develop local Megayacht and leisure yacht professional sales keeping the desired EBIT level and margins. Manage sales and profitability at a customer level to ensure deliverance of key annual business metrics, ie; sales turnover, profit, growth and cost control.
Understand and anticipate customers’ existing and future needs and communicate this within the Jotun organisation. Develop win-win solutions both individually and by utilising skills and resources from within the Jotun organisation.
Build and manage relationships with key decision makers and influencers at all levels within customer organisations. Manage the contact matrix ensuring that all potential points of contact and influence are served appropriately. Build trust in Jotun’s ability to respond to and resolve customer issues.
