We are looking for an experienced Sushi chef for a permanent position in Northern Norway. As a Sushi Chef you will be a key part of the kitchen team who ensures that food is prepared and delivered to consistently high standards.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared in an attractive and appetising manner.
• Ensure continued portion control policies, standards etc are maintained.
• Ensure section equipment is well maintained and handled. • kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Works a rota/shift as required with the team schedule to ensure adequate coverage of their section.
• Perform duties or tasks as required by the kitchen management.
You must have:
• Minimum 5 year proven experience
• Passion for food preparation and eagerness to develop and continue your career as a Chef
